PJ Wilson has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. After serving 2 years in the Peace Corps as a Water & Sanitation Engineer, he was trained on renewable energy at the Solar Living Institute. He has worked as a solar & wind installer and policy advocate in Missouri since 2006.

Carla Klein has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science a minor in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Missouri State University.  Carla was State Director for the Wisconsin and Missouri Sierra Clubs and served on Governor Holden’s Energy Policy Council.  Carla has worked in the solar and wind industry and served on a variety of non-profit Environmental Advisory Boards.

Andrew has a J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law and is a licensed member of the Missouri Bar. As a law student, Andrew studied environmental law and worked as a summer intern for both Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE) and Great Rivers Environmental Law Center. Andrew also has a B.A. in English from Truman State University.

Jill Miller holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is wrapping up a certificate in Nonprofit Management there. She spent five years as the Sierra Club’s global warming and energy organizer in Missouri, and worked for the Blue Green Alliance in Ohio and Michigan. In 2009, Jill started a business coating flat roofs white to boost energy efficiency in St. Louis.

Jennifer has more than 30 years of corporate communication, as well as teaching at the high school and college level. Through Ailor Communications, she provides business writing and public relations support to businesses and not-for-profit organizations, including serving as coordinator of Ozarks New Energy for the past four years. She has master's degrees in journalism and English and is accredited through both the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America.

Sara is from St. Louis, MO. She's  an undergraduate student at University of Missouri-Columbia, studying Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication. This is her first job involving renewable energy, but probably not her last.  Fun fact: She's had a complete round of rabies shots before.

Emily is an Outreach Intern for Renew Missouri. She will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Journalism and a minor in Leadership and Public Service from the University of Missouri. She worked at the European Wind Energy Association in Brussels where she found her passion for renewable energy, nonprofit work and frites. She is working to get Missourians excited about our renewable energy future and to get a stronger Renewable Energy Standard on the ballot.

Melanie is a senior at the Missouri School of Journalism where she specializes in magazine writing and editing. She comes from Chicago, so Portillo’s will always be her favorite restaurant. Melanie’s interest in renewable energy started in college, where she took a few climate change and environmental courses. This is her first position involving renewable energy.
