The Power to the People Initiative
would allow Missourians to vote on a new law that would require at least 25% of our power to come from renewables by 2025 -
building Missouri's economy, developing new industries, and creating new jobs that can't be exported.
Volunteer to help collect signatures
and put this new renewable energy standard (RES) initiative on the November 2012 ballot. All signatures must be collected by May 6th.

Initiative Highlights
Implements an effective renewable energy standard of 25% by 2025 in Missouri
Limits rate hikes by funding the Office of Public Counsel (OPC) to advocate for ratepayers
Caps cost of implementation at $3/month for residential ratepayers, $11/month for small businesses, $150 for large industries.
Expands solar energy incentives to apply to projects up to 100kW in size.
Requires investment in energy efficiency and demand response programs
